How to make an online order?

Ordering through our online shop is very simple and will save you a lot of time. You can make your purchase online from any device and where you want to receive your order.

3. Cart

As a next step, you must select the products you want and add them in the cart. When you find the product you were looking for, click the “+” button to add the desired units. Remember you can indicate how many units of product you want to buy.
When you have selected all the products, go to the cart and check that the products added and their quantity is correct. If you have a discount coupon, you can use it now, by adding the coupon code in the corresponding box at the end of your order.

4. Add address

After adding the shipping and billing address, you can return to the cart to finish the order.
You can change the shipping address of your order by contacting your sales representative or your contact person in the office.

Why can't I repeat some of my orders again?
The "Order again" functionality is only available for orders you have placed through our website. You can only repeat an order that you have placed online.

When will I receive my invoice when making an Online purchase? How can I view an invoice?

You can check your invoices from your client area. Log in to the client area of the web with your username and password and click on “Invoice and credit history”. Then find the reference of your order and click on “Detail”.

Normally you will receive your invoice via email about 48 hours after the order leaves our warehouses.
